How long does shipping take for my TGM watch?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.

Are TGM watches water-resistant?

Most of our timepieces feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain. We recommend avoiding submersion or swimming to preserve the leather straps and internal movements.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Do TGM watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every TGM watch is backed by a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I adjust the size of my watch band?

Our mesh and link bracelets are adjustable. Link bracelets include a resizing tool in the box, while mesh bands can be adjusted using a small flat-head screwdriver to slide the clasp to your desired position.
