Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
